What is the return/exchange process like?
Once the package is received at the office, please allow us up to 2-3 business days for us to fully process your return or exchange!
What are your business hours?
Our business hours are Monday - Friday 10AM - 5PM Central Time. If you are waiting on a response on our team, please allow up to 24-48 business hours and we will assist you asap!
Do you ship internationally and how much does shipping cost?
We do ship internationally! The rates and where we could ship to depends on your specific location. Our best recommendation is to enter in your shipping address at checkout, and if our site allows you to move forward you can view all shipping inquires from that page.
How do I specify an exchange?
You can email us at [email protected] using the same email linked with your order, or you can leave a note inside the package! This will make the process faster so you can receive the order asap!
I did not receive a confirmation email/receipt for my order, how can I get it?
If you entered in your email at checkout, we recommend checking your spam folder first. If you entered in your phone number, then you would have received a confirmation text! Reach out to us at [email protected] for further assistance!
How Long does it take an order to ship?
Our shipping time is 9-12 business days. Under each product, there is also be a “Shipping” tab where we tell you the day we’ll be shipping out your order if you were to purchase it at that moment. Being a small business, we are always working on shipping our your orders asap.
I had a coupon code but it didn’t get applied to my order, can I still have it go into effect?
Better believe we can still get you that discount. Contact us at [email protected] , let us know the discount code you have, and we will take care of the rest!
If I order the wrong size can I change it?
Yes. This happens all the time, you don’t even know. Just simply hit us up and we will go and change it for you! Wrong size? We got you! Wrong color? We can change it! Wrong Address? Yuhhh! Cancel your order? Of course, but why would you wanna go and do that? For any of these, hit us up at [email protected]
What’s the sizing like?
All of our shirts are printed on Comfort Colors, you may have one already that you can check. They are all unisex sizing, and if anything run slightly bigger for women's sizing. We usually suggest for you to get your normal size, knowing that we have an awesome return policy that will get you the right size if that happens. There is also a sizing chart under each product,
Do your shirts shrink in the wash/dryer?
Our shirts are all preshrunk before shipping out. Thankfully, is a high quality shirt (which is why we print on them) that being, they do not shrink up after washing them normally. Yes, that’s right. A shirt you can wear more than once!
What’s your return policy?
Satisfaction Guaranteed for all U.S. / UK orders. We offer exchanges or refunds of your items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached.
Do we get email confirmation? Tracking?
Better believe it. Once you order, you will be getting an order confirmation email where it displays your order, shipping address, and other information. Once we print your label out to get ready and ship it, you will then receive a Shipping email where your tracking number will be displayed.
